Dear Dad, god.. This just hit me so hard. I never thought, well so soon that I would be clicking on this website and seeing your name pop up. I'm so heartbroken over all of this but I know you are shining down over me and even though I can't hear you.. you are encouraging me to be strong. I am trying my hardest, and I will continue to do so. I wish I could hear your voice one last time, I wish you could tell me a joke and we could laugh together like we used to. I wish we could order our favorite pizza and sit back on the couch together and watch Patrick Swayze movies all day. Though you put our family through hell, I wouldn't of wanted my father to be anyone else.. you can't choose and through all the hardships I am going to leave this conversation with no regrets. I saw through the bad things you've done because in the end I've learned so much from you.. some of it you don't even know about.. but I hope you can follow me through the years of my life and be so proud of the lessons I've learned. If I regret and blame myself for any of this, I will not move on from this and continue to live my life. I can finally find peace within myself to let go because you are finally at peace and that's one thing I am extreamly thankful for. I love you so much Daddy, and I always have. May you rest in peace.
