Obituary of Gerard Thomas Mosner

Gerard Thomas Mosner 70 of Belvidere NJ died on Monday October 22, 2018 in the Old Orchard Health Care Center, Easton PA.

He was born in Newton NJ on June 19, 1948. He was the son of the late Warren and Ruth Green Mosner.

Gerald served in the US Navy and was also a member of the National Guard for over 16 years.

He was a tree trimmer for Asplundh Tree Service Company.

He was a long time member of the American Legion in Easton PA and Wilson PA.

He loved woodworking. his family gave him the most joy in life, playing bingo, playing cards and going to picinics.

Surviving is his wife of 35 years, Diane (Miller) Mosner, a son Jeffrey Poch of Easton PA, daughters Stacey Bodine and her husband Greg of Lopatcong Twp NJ, Lisa Star of Austin Texas, a brother James of Austin Texas, sisters; Janet Rush of Bridgeville Del., Barbara Brodt of Easton PA, Mary Mosner of Austin Texas, five grandchildren; Tyler, Crystal, Jesse, Hailee, and Nicky and one great grandson Jeremiah and many neices and nephews. 

A son Kevin Mosner and two brothers Stephen and Robert Mosner preceded him in death.

A Memorial Service will be held Friday October 26, at 1PM in the DeVoe Funeral Service 136 West Washington Ave Washington NJ 07882. An inurnment to follow at Pequest Union Cemetery.

In Leiu of flowers, donations are requested to the American Legion Hall of your choice.
