Obituary of Floyd Werner
Floyd S. Werner Sr. 72 of Broadway NJ died suddenly Friday, June 28, 2013 in his home.
He was born in Washington NJ, November 1, 1940. He was the son of the late Kenneth and Helen Snyder Werner Sr.
Floyd was a truck Driver with Mannon Escavating and Paving Company Flemington NJ.
He was a former member of the Washington Twp Fire Co in Washington NJ. He loved camping and telling stories. He was very proud of his family and loved his children, Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. Floyd was a member of the Washington Alliance Church in Broadway NJ.
He is survived by his loving wife Betty (Nee) Lanning Werner, sons Floyd Jr and his wife Yvonne of Baltimore Md, and Michael of Port Murray, daughters Barbara Bogli and husband William of Port Murray NJ, and Roberta Queen of Blairstown NJ, a brother Kenneth Jr of Blairstown NJ, sisters Judith Beers of Phillipsburg NJ and Esther Wilhelm of Silver Springs Fla, 1o grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. His brother Albert preceded him in death.
Funeral Services will be Monday 11AM in the DeVoe Funeral Service 136 West Washington Ave Washington NJ. Calling hours will be Sunday from 5-8PM in the Funeral Home, Interment will be in the Spruce Run Cemetery, Lebanon Twp NJ.
