Obituary of Margaret Schuler
Margaret R. Schuler 86, of Washington NJ died suddenly at Warren Hospital Tuesday November 4th with her loving family at her side. She was born in Oxford NJ August 12, 1922. She was the daughter of the late Raymond and Emma Bush Latourette. She had worked in the Oxwall Tool and Dye Company as an assembler. Margaret was an active volunteer, giving her time to the Warren Hospital ladies Auxiliary in Phillipsburg NJ and the Warren Haven Ladies Auxiliary in Mansfield Twp NJ. She was a 50 + year member of the Rocksburg Grange and a member of he NJ State Grange and the Warren Pomono Grange. She was also a member of the former Ladies of the Golden Eagles. Margaret had been a member of the former Belvidere Alliance Church and attended regularly at the Washington Alliance Church in Broadway NJ.
Survivors:Her Husband Raymond Schuler died in 1978. She is survived by 2 sons, Stanley R. and his wife Marva of Palmer Twp Pa, and John E. and his wife Helen of Agawam Mass, 3 daughters, Velma M DeGroff and her husband Wayne of Port Murray NJ, Ruth Toretta and her husband Mike of Asbury NJ. And Peggy A. and her husband Stephen Laclair of Mt Bethel PA, A brother Alvah and his wife Ginny of Phillipsburg NJ, 16 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. In addition to her husband, Margaret was predeceased by a son William and a daughter Harriett, 2 brothers John and Herk and 3 sisters Gladys, Olive and Velma
Services: Funeral Services will be Sunday at 1 PM in the Washington Alliance Church 2112 Rte 57 Broadway NJ. Family and friends may call 30 minutes before the service. Interment to follow in the Belvidere Cemetery, Belvidere NJ.
