Pop came into my life 38 years ago when he and my mom met and got married. He was the strength of the combined family.
He always love all of us equal, if any of us needed anything he would do what ever he could to make it or buy it.
The memories we can all say where great, the 4th of July get together's, the Christmases when there would be so many children and presents that you couldn't see the floor and there was mom and pop in their chairs smiling watching the joys (the grand and great grand children)opening the gifts, the Easters with the egg hunts in the fields below the hours they spent filling the eggs with as much change as they could stuff in them the baskets for all the kids.
The light in his eyes when all was around.
It was hard watching that light get dimmer as the toll of the heart and the mind started to go.
We are all greatful he passed the way he did. But I will miss hearing him say how you doing kid when ever I would stop in or call.
I will miss him so much, but pop be sure we will make sure mom is loved and well cared for just as we care and loved you.
