Obituary of Margaret Barrington

Margaret Barrington, age 92 of Washington passed away at home surrounded by her family. Margaret was born October 20, 1918 in Morristown, New Jersey. She is tha daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. William and Mary (nee Austin) Bottonley. Margaret was a loving wife and mother. She was a homemaker and cared for her six children. She lived her life with dignity and grace. Margaret always looked for the best in people and never was judgemental. She enjoyed reading, poetry, bingo, and going to casiono’s. She was a parishoner of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Washington, NJ. Margaret is predeceased by her husband, Walter “Joey” Barrington in 1994. She is survived by 3 sons; Joe and wife Lucy Barrington of Fontana, CA, Richard Barrington of Washington,NJ, Donald and his wife Cindy Barrington of Belvidere,NJ, 2 daughters; Peggy Miller of Washington, NJ, Janice Ashman of Sandestin,FL, 9 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren. She is also predeceased by her son; David Barrington, daughter-in-law; Virginia, son-in-law; George Miller Jr., and 2 brothers; William and Harold Bottomley. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m.- 7:00 p.m. on Thursday December 30, 2010 in DeVoe Funeral Service 136 Washington Ave Washington NJ 07882 (908-689-0046). Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, December 31, 2010. Interment will follow the service at St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Washington, NJ.
