Obituary of Harry Read

Harry C. Read, Jr., 61, of Washington, NJ passed away on Monday, August 25, 2008 at Warren Hospital in Phillipsburg, NJ. Harry was born on June 15, 1947 in E. Stroudsburg, PA, a son of the late Harry and the late Evelyn (Thatcher) Read, Sr. He was employed by US Radium as a Molder. During his free time, Harry enjoyed spending time with his friends and family and periodically going fishing. Survivors: Harry is survived by his son Harry C Read, III of Pennsylvania, a step-son, Ralph Read, a step-daughter, Bethany Read; three sisters, Deborah and her husband Jimmy Vinson of Washington, NJ; Mary Lou and her husband James Earley of Albany, NY and Candy and her husband Tony Defillippis of Washington, NJ. Services: Friends may call Friday from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at DeVoe Funeral Service Inc., 136 West Washington Ave, Washington, NJ.
