Obituary of Jennie Rivera

Jennie Rivera 72 of Lopatcong Twp NJ, died Thursday April 1, 2010 in Hackettstown Regional Medical Center. She was born in New York City, June 26, 1937. She was the daughter of the late Raymond and Virginia Quinones Rivera. Jennie was a former X-Ray Technician. She lived in Lopatcong Twp for the past year and a half. Before that she resided at the home of nephew, Ricardo Tubens in Washington NJ. Jennie lived for 5 years in Delray Beach Florida before moving to NJ. Most of her life she lived in New York City. She was of catholic faith. Jennie enjoyed reading, doing puzzles and spending time with her nephews. Jennie is survived by grandson Jose Joaquin Caraballo of NJ, a sister Florence Martinez of Florida, 2 nephews, Ricardo Tubens of Washington NJ and Jose Tubens of Virginia and their families, and a niece Vicky Tubens of NJ. She was predeceased by her two sons, Jose Joaquin Caraballo in 1989 and Felix Joaquin Caraballo in 1988 and a sister Rose Tubens. Visitation will be Saturday 2-4 and 7-9 in the DeVoe Funeral Service 136 West Washington Ave Washington NJ. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday April 5 at 9:30 am in the St Joseph Catholic Church 200 West Carlton Ave Washington NJ. The interment will follow in the Rosehill Cemetery Linden NJ.
