Obituary of Cynthia Wilson

Cynthia Ann Wilson, 64, of Washington, NJ, died Tuesday, July 14, 2009 in the Warren Hospital, Phillipsburg, NJ. Cynthia was born on December 1, 1944 in Easton, PA, a daughter of the late Leroy and Alice (Groves) Thompson. She was a Caregiver, employed by Hagedorn Gereatrics, Glen Gardner, NJ. She was a member of the Mt. Pisgah AME Church, for many years. Cynthia enjoyed spending time with her loving family. Cynthia is survived by her mother, Alice Thompson; two daughters, Leisa Thompson of Washington, NJ, and Annette Rushing of Easton, PA; a son, Anthony Wilson and his wife Susan of Wilson Boro, PA; one sister; two brothers; six grandchildren and two great grandchildren. In addition to her father, Cynthia is predeceased by her son, Marvin Wilson in 1988, a daughter, Darleen Wilson in 1975, a brother and a grandchild. Friends may call Saturday from 12:00 to 2:00 pm at DeVoe Funeral Service Inc., 136 West Washington Ave, Washington, NJ. A memorial service will be held Saturday at 1:00 pm at the funeral home.
