Peggy Ann Kinney, of Washington, NJ died Sunday, May 27, 2007 at Warren Hospital, Phillipsburg, NJ. Born February 2, 1936 in Somerville, NJ, She was the daughter of the late Stephen and the late Anna (Cole) Hoffman. Of Methodist faith, she was the neighborhood Mom; loved birdhouses & gardening, Samantha the cat and lottery tickets. From April thru October she would sit out front of home admiring and talking to everyone. She was a Housekeeper, employed by Hunterdon Developmental Center, Clinton NJ. She was Predeceased by her Husband, Franklin R. Kinney and her Sister, Betty Hoffman and her brother, William E.
