Obituary of Patrick J Lembo

Patrick John Lembo, 49, of Phillipsburg, NJ passed away on November 20th, 2018.

Patrick was born in Paterson, NJ to Valentine Michael Lembo (deceased) and Joan (Sweetman) Lembo on December 11th, 1968. He attended high school at both Passaic High School and HP Becton Regional High School where he graduated in 1986.  He attended Northeastern Bible College and Lancaster Bible College in the study of music and worship he loved so dearly.  Patrick had many professions and jobs along the way, most recently as the Director of Operations & Marketing at Chick-fil-A in Phillipsburg, NJ but his true love was serving the Lord through music and ministry. He enjoyed drinking Diet Coke, traveling, singing, playing the piano and spending time with his friends and family.  He spent many summers serving the lord and campers at Northern Frontier Camp in the Adirondacks, was very involved in Christian & Missionary Alliance, College of Prayer International, and Love Stepped In as well as many other churches, ministries, prayer and worship groups. 

Patrick is survived by his mother, Joan Lembo, Casa Grande, AZ, his siblings Jennifer Hammond, Casa Grande, AZ, Bobbie Lembo, Philiadelphia, PA, David Lembo, Clifton, NJ and Christine Maida, East Rutherford, NJ and his nieces and nephews – Fred Jacobs, Matamoras, PA, Valerie Ryan, Tucson, AZ, David M. Lembo, Clifton and Danielle Rose Maida, East Rutherford, NJ and their loving children he cared so much for; Not to forget to mention his many Church and worship families throughout our area and the world. He is preceded in death by his Father, Valentine Michael Lembo.   

A gathering with family will be held at Washington Alliance Church on Saturday,11/24/18 from 2-4 pm. There will be refreshments at the church between 4-5:30 pm and a Memorial Service of Worship to honor Patrick from 5:30-7 PM with Pastor Scott Wilson officiating. De Voe Funeral Service will be handling the funeral arrangements. 

Memorial donations may be made to his family to assist with expenses, anything additional will be donated to Washington Alliance Church for their help and love in this time of sorrow.  The family wishes to extend their gratitude to all of those that loved and visited with Patrick and prayed for him throughout this time.
