Obituary of Veronia Bolz

Veronica Sharrer Bolz 87 of Mt Lebanon NJ, died October 7, 2007 in Heath Village Hackettstown NJ. She was a beautician for over thirty years working for Mae Shiffert salon in Washington NJ Born in Newark NJ January 31, 1920. She was the daughter of the late Eugene and Cecilia Gormer Sharrer. Memberships: She was a member of the Lebanon Twp Valley Club for seniors. Veronica loved flowers and with her husband Lawrence traveled the United States extensively. Traveling by car and visited 48 states including Alaska. They did this all before the interstates were built. The only state they missed in the lower 48 was Florida. During the arrangement conference, Her sister Ruth explained. “They didn’t really have a reason to go to Florida. Veronica was a member of St. Josephs Catholic Church in Washington NJ, In her earlier years she had been a member of St Joseph’s Catholic church in High Bridge. Survivors: Her Husband Lawrence preceded her in death. She is survived by a sister Ruth Hahn of Mt Lebanon NJ and Beryl Carvatt of Callfon NJ Services: Funeral Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
