Obituary of Shirley A Mulligan

Shirley A Mulligan 88 of Oxford NJ died at her home on Thursday February 15, 2018.

Born in Oxford on May 20, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Jesse and Helen (Richards) Staugaard.

She was a charter member of the Oxford Emergency Squad, Oxford NJ. . In the early days of the Squad, Shirley would dispatch the squad from Mulligans store, which was owned by her husband Ed.

Surviving Shirley is her loving husband of 60 years, Edward Mulligan, two daughters, Colleen Hriczak of Lower Mt Bethel PA. and Michele Mulligan of White Twp NJ, a sister Denise McCormick of Jersey Shore PA, and three grandchildren, Joshua Hriczak, Tyler Hriczak and Lauren Mulligan.

A son Michael preceded her is death is 2009.

Funeral Services will be Monday February 19th at 11AM in the DeVoe Funeral Service 136 West Washington Ave Washington NJ Visitation will be on Monday one hour prior to the service. Interment to follow at Hillside Cemetery, Oxford NJ.
