Obituary of Cathrine Collins
Cathrine M. Collins, age 84, of Oxford died on Tuesday, November 9, 2010 at Warren Hospital, Phillipsburg, New Jersey.
Cathrine was born on July 25, 1926 in Oxford, NJ, She is a daughter of the late Leo P. and the late Madeline (Pels) Collins.
She was a graduate of Washington High School in 1943.
She was employed by Oxwall Tool & Dye as a Foreman for 42 years. Cathrine was an active parishioner at St. Rose Catholic church. Cathrine enjoyed hobbies such as sewing, knitting, and crocheting. She loved taking trips to the casinos.
She is survived by two sons: Robert Collins of Bangor, PA, David Collins of Quakertown, PA, sister, Delores Hissim of Oxford, NJ, brother, Leo Collins of Belvidere, NJ, three grandsons, three granddaughters; two great granddaughters, and one great-grandson. She was predeceased by three brothers and one sister.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, Oxford, NJ. Burial will immediately follow the service in St. Rose of Lima Catholic Cemetery, Oxford.
