Obituary of Howard Bulmer
Howard “Butch” Bulmer Jr. 68 of Washington NJ died Sunday April 8th in St Luke’s Hospital, Warren Campus, Phillipsburg NJ
He was born in Glen Gardner NJ May 27, 1949. He was the son of the late Howard and Nellie (Woolf) Bulmer Sr.
Butch was a Mechanic for Lease Line and Readington Farms.
He was a Volunteer firefighter for the Oxford Fire Department in Oxford NJ. He had also belonged to the Washington Borough Fire Department in Washington NJ. He was a member of the Oxford Fire Department Exempt Association, NJ State Fireman’s Relief Association, The loyal order of Fleas Club and WashOx.
His wife the former Linda Jensen preceded him in death.
Surviving are a son Kenneth of Washington NJ, two daughters Dawn Stover and husband Wayne of Washington NJ, and Raquel Plimpton and husband Joseph Asheboro NC, two brothers Dale Bulmer of Southport NC, and Donnie in Texas. Four grandchildren Jason, Katelyn, Heather, and Joey and five great grandchildren Jayce, Anna, Nathan, Jacob and Bennie Jr.
Butch was also predeceased in death by two brothers David and Jerry and a sister Linda Bulmer Radcliff.
Memorial Services will be held Saturday April 21st at 11:30AM in the DeVoe Funeral Service 136 West Washington Ave Washington NJ.Family and friends may call from 10:30 until time of service.
