Obituary of Marilyn M Cressman
Marilyn Cressman, 88, of Washington, New Jersey, passed away May 10, 2020, at Warren Haven Nursing Home. Born in 1932, she was predeceased by her husband Kaye.
Marilyn's life was centered around music and dance. Beginning as a piano and flute instructor; she also played saxophone in Earl Held's All Girl Band in Easton, PA. Later, Marilyn began a dance studio where hundreds of students mastered their ballet and tap skills under her expert direction.
Never letting the grass grow under her feet, Marilyn traveled by car, boat, plane and train throughout the United States with her husband, children, and grandchildren, even backpacking through Europe with her son.
Leaving to grieve her passing on Mother's Day are her 3 children, Debbie of Connecticut, Kerry of Key West, Florida, and Kim of Brass Castle. She also leaves her grandchildren Bryan, Breccia, Brandi, Aaron, and Aimee and two great-grandchildren, Tyler and Allie.
