I am saddened to hear that Claudia passed away last year. We worked together at the LA Phil for many, many years. She was always a calm energy to be around, so very funny and smart. I will miss her.

I was a classmate and friend of Claudia's in college. I am so sad to hear of her passing and want her family to know that my thoughts and prayers are with you. As others have noted, Claudia was a kind and steady presence -- she could also deliver a pretty darned wry comment or two! I didn't stay in touch for long after college -- it's not a great strength of mine -- but I do remember going to watch her dance at BAM and a memorable trip down to John and Owen's apartment in Philadelphia. The world feels a little emptier.

I worked with Claudia at the LA Phil for 7 years. She always impressed me with her professionalism and calmness. She was always kind and calm, even with the toughest customers. Claudia inspired me to want to be a more kind and compassionate person. She was truly a wonderful human being and has made a positive mark on the world. The world was made better through her presence in it. My condolences to her family. I know she loved you all very much.

I was very sad to hear of my dear friend Claudia's passing.
We were co-workers at the LA Philharmonic and kept in touched
after I retired in 2017. Claudia and i shared a love for the arts
and politics and attended many plays and concerts together.
I was always amazed at Claudia's vast knowledge on so
many subjects. I pray that God's mercy will give Claudia's
family a measure of Divine comfort knowing that she was
so well-loved
Rest in power, Claudia..

I'm deeply sadden to hear of my buddy Claudia's passing. As everyone below mentioned she truly was one of kind. Such a gentle, kind and sensitive soul. I wish I could share all the fun adventures we had together and event the times we sat in front of her apartment chatting about nothing and people watched. She's home with Prince now, living out her fangirl dreams.

Claudia was my college roommate for 3 years at Yale. She was a wonderful friend to me and helped me keep things in perspective. My family still likes to quote one of her great insights into a guy that I was foolishly interested in... at the time she commented “how could someone who looks so good, be so bad?” And she was right... what really mattered was what was inside—their character, their actions... rather than outward appearance or words.
She and I would stay up late talking.. although she usually was more of the night owl than I was. She had a quiet strength, compassion for others, quirky sense of humor, and keen insight. And she was the best dancer I’ve ever seen. When she moved, even a small, understated movement... she captured the attention of many at the dance. I wish that we had stayed in touch after college as I would like to have had more long conversations late at night as we used to. My deepest condolences to her beloved family. Sydney Ey, Portland, OR

I was a classmate of Claudia’s at St. Paul’s School and had the good fortune of being on her hall during our 5th form year.
I fondly remember Claudia’s warmth, calmness, and brilliant smile. My thoughts are with you during this difficult time.

I worked with Claudia at the LA Philharmonic, and I will miss her warmth, her kindness, and perhaps above all her calm, serene nature. No matter the circumstances, Claudia exuded a groundedness and unflappability that was very comforting to be around, and made her truly a pleasure to work with. I feel lucky to have known her.

I would like to extend my heartfelt sympathy to Claudia's family on her passing. I was shocked and saddened recently when I heard that Claudia had passed. She and I were co-workers at the LA Phil over many years, and I will remember her for her quiet and ever-present sense of humor. It was always a pleasure for me to engage in conversation with her whenever she consented for me to give her a ride to the train station after work. On several occasions when I offered her a ride she would graciously respond, "Thanks for the offer, but I'll walk." She was an independent spirit. We will miss her. May she rest in peace. With warm regards to her family, Randy Stephen

Claudia and I worked in different buildings of the LAPhil separated by the 101 Freeway in Hollywood. I knew her mostly by telephone interaction. Claudia was always notably calm and serene, in a job where that is surely difficult. Last February 14 when I made my rounds of dropping off little Valentines to everyone, I was disappointed to not see Claudia but left a heart I thought she'd like on what had been her desk. Was so sad to learn later that Claudia was no longer with the company, and so sad again to learn of her passing a few days ago.
My deepest sympathies to the Rhodes Family.

I have many good & treasured memories of Claudia having met her while working at the L. A. Phil. She was always a pleasure to work with. Claudia was knowledgeable, smart, and always professional. We talked about and shared many things regarding politics, history, theater, and the arts, but mostly music! One of my favorite memories was going with Claudia to see Rob Halford for a Christmas/Judas Priest show at the Wiltern! And seeing Joe Jackson together at The Grove of Anaheim...so much fun! I will always remember Claudia with her great laugh and her beautiful & bright smile that would light up any room she was in. I know she is in Heaven hanging-out with Prince!!
Sending Love, Light. and Prayers to Regina and the Family.

We are so very sorry for your loss, Regina. Perhaps you can be comforted in knowing how well you cared for her during her illness, It sounds like your sister, Claudia, is a person who enjoyed life to the fullest and appreciated what it had to offer. She is at peace now. Warmly, Marjorie and Mike

I loved having long conversations with Claudia. We'd talk about everything: Prince, pop culture, race, history, music. Especially Prince and music. It was a pleasure to learn from her and share with her. Working with her at the LA Phil was a pleasure and she always inspired me with her professionalism and patience. I loved attending concerts with her after work. She'll be missed terribly. Sending love and light to her friends and family.
