Obituary of Patricia M. Coban
Patricia Mae Harley Coban, 82, of Palmer Twp. PA, passed peacefully on Wednesday, December 21, 2022, at the ProMedica Care Center at Old Orchard. Pat was born on October 24, 1940, at the Smith House in Washington, NJ to the late George C. Harley and the late Marion Clauson Harley.
Pat graduated from Warren Hills High School and married the love of her life, Kenneth J. Coban, on September 18, 1965. Pat and Kenneth were blessed with a son, Jeff and they raised their family in Belvidere NJ for many years. Pat worked for the Scotts Bus Company in Belvidere for 33 years, she was also very proud to be a licensed Beautician.
Pat was active with the Belvidere Scouts and many other organizations throughout Belvidere and Warren County. She was a proud member of the Eastern Star, earning her 25year pin. Pat was also a member of the 4-H Sheep Club and enjoyed attending many of their fairs in Warren County, Flemington, and Trenton.
Pat is survived by her son, Jeff Coban and his wife Daneen of Palmer Twp, PA; granddaughters, Janessa Coban of Ephrata, PA and Cassidy Coban of Palmer, Twp, PA. Loving aunt to Les and Laird Thomas, Linda Richardson and Lorna Burnes.
Friends and relatives are invited to gather with the family on, Thursday, December 29th at Knoll-DeVoe Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 142 West Washington Avenue, Washington NJ, from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm. A service of remembrance along with an Eastern Star service will be offered at 12:00 pm. Interment will follow at the Port Murray Cemetery.
