Obituary of Maureen Nancy Collins

Maureen Nancy Collins (76), beloved mother and friend, born on October 15,1946 in Bronx, New York died peacefully in her Washington, New Jersey home on July 6, 2023 surrounded by her loved ones. She is preceded in death by her parents Elizabeth and Harry Collins, her sister Madeleine Elizabeth LoScalzo, and her beloved pets. Her brother, Michael Joseph Collins, passed shortly after her. Maureen worked as a waitress for most of her life until she retired. She was an avid animal lover, a talented crafter, and classic movie buff.

She is survived by her daughter Vanessa Elizabeth Collins. 

Memorial visitation will be held on Sunday, October 15th from 1:00 until 3:00 PM with a prayer service and words of remembrance starting at 3:00 PM. All services will be held at the Knoll-DeVoe Funeral Home & Cremation Service, located at 142 West Washington Ave, Washington NJ 07882. Friends and relatives are invited to attend the Repass following the service, at 30 North Main Street, Phillipsburg, NJ 08865.
