Obituary of Peter Alexander Woronowicz

Peter A. Woronowicz, 62, formerly of Oxford, New Jersey passed away suddenly on Friday July 21^st, 2023. Peter was born on April 18^th, 1961 in Phillipsburg, New Jersey to the late Dawn and Edward Woronowicz. Peter graduated from Warren Technical High School in 1979 and had a passion for the culinary arts. Over the years Peter had a few jobs from working with Hicks Paving to running his own Landscaping business all around New Jersey. Peter had a knack for making things work and was truly a handyman. From a young age Peter was drawn to the outdoors and loved everything nature had to offer. Peter was an excellent skater and come winter time you could often find him practice his hockey skills.  Peter also enjoyed camping and fishing, and on a sunny day you could often find him fishing the banks of the Pequest and the Delaware Rivers. Peter would often ride his bicycle for miles and miles and just loved to take in the beautiful scenery especially as the seasons changed.

Peter will be forever missed by his sister Deborah Sture and her husband Hugo, brother Edward Woronowicz, sister Patty Clarkson and her husband David, sister Michelle Cortright and her husband Mitch and by many nieces and nephews.

Peter is predeceased by his parents Edward and Dawn Woronowicz, and by a brother Mark Woronowicz.

Cremation to be held privately in the care of Knoll-DeVoe Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
