Obituary of Robert Scott Anderson

Robert "Robbie" Anderson, 58, formerly of Washington, New Jersey passed away on February 22, 2024. Robbie was born on April 28, 1965 to loving parents Joan Anderson and the late Robert Anderson, in Phillipsburg, New Jersey. Robbie grew up in Washington and fondly remembered the day he wore his cap and gown during his high school graduation ceremony. Robbie worked for many years as a stock clerk at Shoprite and always came to work with a smile and looked to share his happiness with everyone. He was a kind and sweet soul who wouldn't hurt a flea. He was very social with everyone he met. He was a loving Son, Brother, Uncle, Nephew and friend to so many and will be missed by all who's hearts he touched. Robbie loved swimming and on special occasions enjoyed relaxing in a family member's hot tub. He also participated in the Special Olympics and won many medals. Robbie enjoyed listening to music especially Elvis and Pink Floyd and often would grab a beer for his father at the end of the day to relax and unwind. Robbie also enjoyed watching Nightrider and The Incredible Hulk as well as Professional Wrestling. He even got to meet his favorite wrestler of all time, the legendary,  Diamond Dallas Page.

Robbie will be forever missed by his mother Joan Anderson, sister Debra Anderson, cousin Ken Kleest, nephew Nelson Crawford, nephew Brian Crawford, nephew Chris Crawford, niece Joyous Crawford, aunt Penny Tilly and by 10 great nieces and nephews.

Robbie is predeceased by his father Robert Clifford Anderson and by his aunt Shirley Pulsinelli.

Robbie will be laid to rest along with his father Robert C. Anderson on Monday March 4th, 2024 at 2pm at the Washington Cemetery located at 14 Cemetery Hill Road, Washington, New Jersey, 07882.
