Obituary of Virginia Ann Stone

Virginia Ann Stone, age 68, of Washington, NJ, passed away on Saturday, February 24, 2024.  Born on May 28, 1955 in New Brunswick, NJ, she was the daughter of Henry K. Kulak and Irene D. (nee Humphrey) Schroeder.

Virginia attended Dunellen High School.  She worked as a mechanic at the American Can Company located in Washington, NJ. She was the proud mother of her daughter, Laurie, who she adored.

Virginia enjoyed being outdoors, gardening and feeding wildlife.  She was always available with a helping hand for family, friends, neighbors, and loved ones.  She will be missed dearly.

Virginia is survived by her daughter, Laurie A. Stone; nieces, Selina M. Pagan, Tiesha L. Giovannone, Nakiesha A. Donnelly; nephews, Joseph H. Kulak, Joshua D. Kulak; along with their spouses and children.

Virginia is predeceased by her parents, Henry K. Kulak and Irene D. (nee Humphrey) Schroeder; and her brother, Henry J. Kulak.

Funeral services are being held by the family privately.  Arrangements are in the care of Knoll-DeVoe Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 142 West Washington Ave., Washington, NJ.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Virginia's name may be made to a local animal shelter or food bank of choice.
